About the role

We’re looking for a senior designprofessional to help shape the next generation of our platform. You’ll own complex problems end to end, partner closely with design, and set the bar for quality across the team.

What you'll do

• Build accessible, performant interfaces used by thousands of teams daily.
• Lead architecture decisions and maintain the component library.
• Mentor team members and raise the quality bar through reviews and pairing.

Requirements

• 3+ years building production applications.
• Deep understanding of accessibility, performance, and best practices.
• Experience maintaining a shared design system or component library.
